How Fund Raising Helps the Ayual Community

Education Fund

ACDA funds have been used to build Pongborong Primary School (PPS) in Southern Sudan. Pongborong Primary School is now educating about 300 students from grade 1-7.

Future Plans for Funds:

Build a library in Pongborong Primary School and purchase its supplies.

Purchase books and accompanying curriculum materials for the students and teachers in PPS.

Pay for tuition/ books for the community Lost Boys and Lost Girls attending US colleges/Universities.

Sponsorship

We will, starting from January of 2006, be sponsoring outstanding students who successful completed Primary School at both PPS and Kakuma Refugee Camp by transferring them to an accessible high schools
